As an owner or business/sales management professional you need to set achievable, smart goals for yourself and your team and then you need a smart Marketing Action Plan to help you and your firm to achieve those goals. Session 2: Building the Smart Marketing Action Plan – Peter Lineal, Plum Grove, and Lori Gertz, Freakin’ Genius Marketing, take you through the steps for building the MAP which becomes the infrastructure to support the sales efforts from advertising to electronic marketing, to pricing, product, distribution strategies and more. What support does the Sales Team need to help them keep existing clients and get new clients for sales success. Your take-away: Marketing Action Planning documents and ideas for motivating the sales team and getting them solid leads for faster growth.
